前言
今天,万小程们怀着无比激动的心情迎来了CLE课程第十一次的学习。这次的课程由艾迪逊酒店的工程总监林成为我们讲授“工程部运作”。课堂上,林总监向我们介绍了上海艾迪逊酒店的客房、西餐厅及酒吧和公共设施。通过课堂互动来告诉我们工程部所涉及的工作范围和工程部工作人员的日常工作等,同时也向我们介绍了酒店智能化设备的发展趋势。
Preface
Today, CHEI. Jr were very excited to welcome the 11th study of CLE course. In this course, Mr. Eric Lin, the engineering director of the Shanghai EDITION, taught us “engineering department operation”. He introduced the guest rooms, western restaurants, bars and public facilities of EDITION in Shanghai. In the end, he told us the scope of work involved in the engineering department and the daily work of the staff of the engineering department in an interactive way, and also introduced the development trend of the hotel intelligent equipment to us.

林成总监这次为我们带来的讲解,让我们了解了上海艾迪逊酒店的各个部门以及营业时间。另外也让我们了解到工程部的组织结构,以及工程部涉及的主要工作范围包括酒店的设备维修和客房维护等,使我们更加意识到工程部对整个酒店的重要作用。
Gains after Class
Mr. Lin’s explanation for us this time made us understand all departments and business hours of the Shanghai EDITION. In addition, we also know the organizational structure of the engineering department, as well as the main scope of work involved in the engineering department, including hotel equipment maintenance, room maintenance and so forth, so that we are more aware of the importance of the engineering department in the whole hotel.
课后感悟
通过这节课程内容的学习,我们深刻感受到工程部对整个酒店运营的重要作用,并且认为未来酒店智能化设备维护会给工程部带来更为严峻的考验。智能化酒店是利用各种智能设施为客人提供服务,未来智能化酒店可能会发展得更加深入和全面,智能化也不仅仅只是面向客人,在酒店的经营管理上,应该也会出现智能化管理。当然,无论怎样智能化,都改变不了以人为本发展的根本方向。
Thoughts after Class
Through the study of this course, we deeply feel the important role of the engineering department in the operation of the whole hotel, and think that the futureintelligent equipment maintenance of the hotel will bring more severe test to the engineering department. Intelligent hotel is to provide services for guests by using various intelligent facilities. In the future, intelligent hotel may develop more deeply and comprehensively. Intelligent functionsare not only for guests, but also for the operation and management of the hotel. For sure,it cannot change the fundamental direction of people-oriented developmentno matter how intelligent it is.
