序言

今天，万小程们怀着激动的心情又迎来了本学期第六次课程。课程已过半，我们也渐入佳境。这节课由刘赵平博士为我们讲授“战略管理”，虽然这个课题对我们来说有些陌生，但是刘博士通过很多案例和历史事件让我们对战略管理有了新的认识，也让我们意识到了战略管理的重要性。

Preface

Today, CHEI Jr. are excited to welcome the sixth course of this semester. It’s more than halfway of the course, and we’re on the right track. In this class, Dr. Liu Zhaoping taught us “strategic management”. Although this topic is a little strange to us, Dr. Liu has given us a new understanding of strategic management through many cases and historical events, letting us realize the importance of it.

课后所思

在这节CLE课程中，通过刘赵平博士的讲解，我们了解到了“战略管理”。战略可以用几个词来概括，计划、计谋、模式、定位、观念等。战略管理并不是虚无的东西，而是能直接左右企业能否持续发展和持续盈利的最重要的决策参照系统。战略管理则是依据企业的战略规划，对企业的战略实施加以监督、分析与控制，特别是对企业的资源配置与事业方向加以约束，最终促使企业顺利达成企业目标的过程。刘教授用“坎尼之战”来举例说明了“战略”的重要性。学习战略管理可以开拓我们的视野，提升看问题的高度，理解多角度看问题，综合性分析问题，提高自己的知识层次，做个有深度的人。

Thinking after Class

In this CLE course, we learned about “strategic management” through Dr. Liu’s explanation. Strategy can be summed up in a few words: plan, scheme, model, orientation, concept, etc. Strategic management is not nothingness, but the most importantdecision reference systemthat can directly affect the sustainable development and profitability of enterprises. Strategic management relies onstrategic plan to supervise, analyze and control the implementation of the enterprise’s strategy, especially to restrict the resource allocation and business direction of the enterprise, and finally promotes the enterprise to achieve its goal smoothly. Dr. Liu illustrated the importance of strategywith the battle of Cannae. Learning strategic management can open up our vision, improve the level of looking at problems, understand problems from multiple perspectives, comprehensively analyze problems, improve the knowledge level and to be a person with depth.
